  • MJ Lounsberry’s practice depicts figures in spiritual and transformative journeys of the mind and body. Placed in motion within spaces and landscapes, the figures are the focal point, physically positioned as on the cusp of revelations. Oblivious to—or realizing the possibility of—utopia collapsing, the figures serve as allegory to the formation and breaking of moral codes.
